WHAT TO EXPECT
The Line of Duty Experience is a self-guided investigation on the streets of London. A team of 2-8 players receive cryptic clues via WhatsApp, solve physical puzzles and gather evidence over 2–3 hours, all in real time.

How The Experience Works
The Line of Duty live experience puts the team playing in charge. Evidence has to be found at real locations, not handed over, and they’ll have to crack clues and solve puzzles in order to find it.
Along the way, teams face decisions with no easy answer: who do they trust? What will they do with what they've found? Which lead should they chase when two contradict each other? Each decision counts and is another step towards a verdict.
Once the team has closed the case, everyone gets a personalised case report: how long it took them, how sharp their reading of the evidence was, and what kind of officers they turned out to be.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT VOUCHER
Gift cards can be bought for a team of 2 to 8 players. Select where you purchased your voucher to be able to redeem it into your account.
Activating a gift card redeems a case pass into the recipient's dashboard, ready to use whenever they want to play.
If the gift card was bought to cover a full team (2–8 players), the whole team's passes are redeemed onto the recipient's account in one go. If you need to add more players or combine bookings, organisers can do so on their dashboards.
